BEM es un fanzine de ciencia ficción y fantasía publicado en España entre los años 1990 y 2000, periodo en el que vieron la luz 75 números.

Se trataba de una publicación sin ánimo de lucro. Como tal, ninguno de sus colaboradores recibió nunca compensación económica, si bien recibían números extra en sus suscripciones. Su principal función era llenar un hueco existente dentro de la cultura española en la década de los '90.

Tenía una periodocidad bimensual. Sus números tenían 32 páginas, excepto dos extras anuales de 48 páginas.
